Healthier—Bowl of Fruits with Yogurt

I’m the worst when it comes to my eating habits, the last time when I talked about being healthier, my sister pushed and did the banana oats pancake for my breakfast which was so fulfilling, since then I incorporate oats (whenever I find the time) to my breakfast. This time, I actually cut some fruits as been told. And yogurt.

Let me tell you why is this so hard for me to do. I’m someone who never touched the fruits if it’s in front of me, no one believes that I could do a  whole cake and devote my time, energy for it but not get off to wash some fruits and dice it, never, ever ever ever, so boring!!! and yogurt! you know how many times I and yogurt this year!? Z number you can count on one hand. I. Swear.

The colors are great, the juice in it of course!!! but somehow I never do that, you can tho wash it for me and give me a bowl of it and I’ll love you forever. And yogurt! you know how many times I and plain yogurt this year!? A number you can count on one hand. I. Swear.

There’s a progress happening here and actually, I’m quite happy with it since all my taste buds need a rush of heavy processed sugar every morning, today I forced myself to actually enjoy cutting the fruit, put yogurt on top and eat the whole damn thing. Proud of this self, right here.
