I always find myself waiting for the fig season. The season is very short and I love figs too much to not take every opportunity to buy some, and prepare easy fig recipes with it. To just eat it all day! I love to have some on my bag to eat whenever I get hungry or make this no-cooking oats recipe which is more fulfilling than the regular bowl of oats.
You know these days when you still want to eat a healthy nourishing breakfast, but you want to change your daily oats bowl, and shake it a bit for more action. This is the recipe you need. Figs are a natural sweetener, have high levels of vitamins and minerals, a good source of fiber. The fresh fig and yogurt oatmeal recipe is great for weight loss, it’s very fast and very easy to make, you don’t have to make it overnight, and super nourishing.
